These general terms and conditions define the intervention terms and conditions applicable to the services provided by Athena Connect.

These general terms and conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of Athena Connect and its clients in relation to the services offered: network and Wi‑Fi diagnostics, installation, optimization and technical support.

3. Services offered
Athena Connect provides technical services related to Wi‑Fi networks, wired networks and connected devices, including in particular:
- Network and Wi‑Fi diagnostics
- Network installation and optimization
- Connected device configuration
- Technical advice and support
4. Request, quotation and validation
Each service is subject to a prior discussion in order to understand the client’s needs. A quotation or intervention confirmation may be provided depending on the context.
Validation of an intervention implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
5. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are provided for indicative purposes and may be adapted depending on the context, travel distance, number of devices and complexity of the intervention.
The price is confirmed before any intervention takes place.
6. Payment terms
Payment is due upon completion of the intervention, unless otherwise agreed.
Athena Connect reserves the right to request a deposit for certain services.
7. On-site intervention
The client agrees to provide access to the intervention location and to the equipment required to carry out the service.
Athena Connect intervenes within a technical framework limited to what is observable and accessible during the service.
8. Liability
Athena Connect undertakes to provide recommendations and services with due care, but does not guarantee an absolute result when this depends on external factors such as the internet operator’s equipment, the environment or third-party hardware.
Liability is limited to the amount of the service provided.
9. Cancellation and postponement
Any cancellation must be notified within a reasonable timeframe.
Athena Connect reserves the right to charge travel costs or a late-cancelled intervention.
10. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with applicable legislation, consumers have a period of 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal for contracts concluded remotely or off-premises.
However, by expressly requesting that the service be performed before the expiry of this period, the client acknowledges that the service may be carried out immediately.
Once the service has been fully performed, including a diagnostic or on-site intervention, the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.
11. Complaints
Any complaint must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after the intervention.
Athena Connect undertakes to review any request and to propose a solution where possible.
